Children have to play sports only for fun; they shoul not play sports in competition or in contests.

Some people might say that a good competition is the power of improvement for individual, and therefore teaching how to make a good competition for children is very important. However, when we think of children’s mental stress and physical development, they should not play sports in competition or in contests.
First, playing sports is commended to children as the way of reducing stress. These days, many children are more stressed out due to the heavy burden of having stress and competition among peers. They are having a hard time in school. The moment that they can laugh and feel happy is when they kick the ball and run on the playground. They can ease the stress by running, laughing, and sweating healthy with their friends. However, if they play sports in competition or in contests, they will be pressed by another stress. They have been already exhausted because of the competition of classwork. Let’s take my friend’s little brother’s case for example. He is 10 years old and the captain of soccer club. He was preparing both mid term and the soccer match with other school. However, as a result, his hair fell out due to the stress of preparing both at the same time.
Second, when it comes to the children’s physical development, they should not play sports in competition. In a sense, it is true that competition can motivate children to exercise hard and teach the pleasure of the first prize. However, it could make them to do exercise extremely hard, and excessive physical activities can be the cause of incomplete development or serious injury. Many research of the development of child claim that doing too much exercise at the age of 6 to 12 is harmful for the advancement of child’s muscles, and even it can be impediment of the growth of height. Therefore, competition in sports is not beneficial for children, and it is good for them only when they do exercise in a proper level.

Somebody screams right by my side!!!!

In all my born days, I’ve never experienced more fearful thing than the night. When I was a high school senior, I couldn’t sleep at almost every night because of the burden of study and stress. I used to have paralyzing nightmare, it calls in Korean “Gah-We”.
One night, I felt indelible panic. I was sleeping after finished study, I was overwhelmed by something freaky strength again. But it was heavier than any other nights, I couldn’t breathe and move. I rapidly shut my eyes tight, because someone said that people can see a ghost when terrible night-hog comes. I was struggling to break away this horrible feeling, then suddenly I heard dreadful scream, a man’s screaming was continuously replayed. I was filled with horror, my back was getting wet in cold sweat. While I was through night-hog, I made desperate efforts to move my fingers and toes. Finally, I could breathe and move my body freely.
These days, I sometimes have this nightmare, when I’m extremely tired. But I’ve never heard the terrible sound again. It was really fearful that it gives me goose bumps just to think about it.

Restfulness from Unfamiliarity.

I want to talk about my favorite café. When I stroll at leisure toward Sang-su dong through streets swarmed with people in Hong-Dae of Seoul, a quiet residential area appears where are little visitor’s steps. The unusual café –YRI CAFÉ- is located at the ordinary street. Just as soon as open the door slowly, an odd song sounds through the thick cigarette smoke like a fog. Passing over the creaked wooden floorboard, I seat at a blackish cracked chair and listen clam mysterious music. Then I feel wired like Im in a different space time that completely out of boring regular ordinary life. In the café, because there are guitar player, people who drawing or writing something, I deluded I’m in the artist’s safe house. Furthermore, there are various artistic books, from worn old books to hot newest design magazines prepared for people in the café. Whenever I’m in the café, I have relaxedness like I rest in a shadow of old tree and extraordinary freedom.
